Dr. Arundev P R has been inspired by the vision of uplifting and helping the people by enhancing their potential and widening their opportunities. Being a well-qualified and veteran professional, he continued working as a catalyst in the lives of many by utilizing his wider academic, practical and professional knowledge. He has rich 10+ years of experience in professional training, mentoring, and counseling. He holds Industry experience at Pan India level in the field of Human Resource Management. He is a Management Consultant and Human Resource Development Trainer. He holds immense experience as a Civil Service Trainer molding aspiring civil servants. He has conducted thousand plus training, mentoring, and counseling sessions.  He holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Management from Mahatma Gandhi University, Mater degrees in Business Administration (MBA), Human Resource Management (MHRM), Commerce (M Com), and Post Graduate Diploma in Education Administration and Supervision (PGDEAS). He is UGC NET qualified and also completed certified course in banking. He has published papers in different national and international journals. He is the Director of Build India Greater Foundation, an NGO working for skill development and capacity building, and Chief Mentor of Radical Mentor Trainings, a leading Training Institution.  He is also Guest faculty in different Management Educational Institutions.
