 Currently serving as Advisor to Industry and Institutions and founder of Lean centric Solutions. He has played a pivotal role in conceptualizing, establishing, and nurturing the organisations to achieve its excellence in performance.

 Rajeswar’s academic journey is marked by excellence—Doctorate in Lean management philosophy from Prestigious University, Tirupathi, M.Tech - Industrial Engineering from IIT New Delhi. B.E- Mechanical engineering from Karnataka University Dharwad. Apart from He is qualified Trainer from ISTD, Lead auditor for Major Quality system certifications and many more Professional certifications. Life members of many professional bodies .

 A passionate Speaker and career guide, he has mentored hundreds of students, young budding professionals with remarkable success rate. With a great value addition through his ability to guide, motivate and realise individuals about their true potential.  His personal motivation comes from a serious pain when visited institutions as part of campus recruitment drives, observing the innocent students left without timely inputs on career guidance to them by parents, teachers. Led several initiatives to streamline school/college operations and bridge the gap between industry requirements and institute inputs to the students.
